Warranty Policy

  • Limited warranty for Maxcury products
All Maxcury products come with a limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. We will provide replacements for defective products subject to the restrictions listed below. To proceed with a warranty claim, we will need you to provide proof of purchase and and pictures that show where your Maxcury product is defective. You can make a warranty claim: within 1 year from date of purchase
  • Warranty restrictions:
This warranty does not apply to:
  1. any Maxcury product that is not purchased from maxcurycases.comor an Authorised Retailer;
  2. damage that consistent with normal wear-and-tear or misuse/abuse of the product;
  3. any screen protection product after it is removed from packaging;
  4. any replacement product provided pursuant to a prior warranty claim.
Maxcury will not be liable for any indirect or incidental loss or damage whatsoever, except to the extent that such exclusion of liability is not permitted under applicable law. Any delays by Maxcury in processing Warranty claims will not affect your warranty claim period.

All products with a lifetime warranty are subject to one replacement during the lifetime of the product. If you have any questions please reach out to our Customer Service team.

If your original Maxcury product is out of stock, we have the right to send you an alternative product that fits another device you may own. Please rest assured our Customer Service agents will be happy to assist you with this.
